Political Bias

The newspaper that used this unflattering image of President George Bush is likely to be biased against him. They used a less than serious photograph to lead the reader to believe he is unprofessional, showing their bias against him. It is also highly likely the news organization that utilized this image is on the payroll of the opposite political party.

Many, if not all, political cartoons are biased themselves or they play off of the biases of their readers. The political comic on the right for example is biased against Liberal news organizations that spun the election that President Bush won at 51% as an illustration that the country was divided about the election, and President Obama's margin at 52% being an indicator that the country was thereby united.
